Stacker 3 XPLC Reviews
The Stacker 3 XPLC promises to “help burn fat and boost the metabolism for a lean body.”If you are a big fan of large dosages of stimulants, you’ll probably like Stacker 3 XPLC.
It is your stereo-typical stimulant based diet pill. Over half of the milligram total is comprised of caffeine. Caffeine is a great weight loss ingredient…when included at the right dosage and included with other proven ingredients.
Caffeine won’t lead to significant results by itself, but it can boost the metabolism (when combined with green tea) and provide energy.
Besides caffeine, the Stacker 3 XPLC’s ingredient profile is a mixed bag. It contains some great ingredients, some ok ingredients, and some worthless ones. Let’s take a closer look at the Stacker 3 XPLC.
Quality of Ingredients in Stacker 3 XPLC
Ingredients in the Stacker 3 XPLC include:
• caffeine anhydrous-can boost the metabolism and provide energy
• yohimbine-worthless weight loss ingredient. Primarily used to increase the sex drive
• yerba mate-can mildly suppress the appetite WHEN taken in large dosages
• Dihydroxybergamottin-worthless weight loss ingredient
• green tea (60 percent EGCG)-great weight loss ingredient. Can boost the metabolism, burn fat, and provide health benefits WHEN taken at the correct dosages
• capsaicin-mild weight loss benefits
With the exception of caffeine, all of the ingredients in the Stacker 3 XPLC are hidden in a proprietary blend of 195 milligrams. There are two big problems with this. First, years of reviewing diet pills for a living have made us skeptical of proprietary blends.
It seems more often than not it is just a diet pill company’s way of disguising the fact that they include only bare minimum dosages of key ingredients because if they did contain sufficient dosages of each ingredient, wouldn’t it be in the best interest of the company to let consumers know that?
Secondly, the ingredient total of the blend is only 195 milligrams. With such a tiny dosage for so many ingredients, it is unlikely that any of them are properly dosed. The best ingredient in the Stacker 3 XPLC is green tea which requires a dosage of 400 milligrams to get its full effects.
Stacker 3 XPLC Company Reputation
The Stacker 3 XPLC comes from the Stacker series that was made popular by its inclusion of ephedra. The early Stacker products were taken off the market due to side effects such as heart attacks, stroke, and death.
We were unable to find a money back guarantee with the Stacker 3 XPLC.
Will Stacker 3 XPLC Provide Long Term Results?
Besides caffeine, all of the ingredients in the Stacker 3 XPLC are most likely under-dosed making significant weight loss unlikely.
Possible Stacker 3 XPLC Side Effects
Stacker 3 XPLC contains a high dosage of stimulants so beware. Side effects vary person to person depending on your body’s sensitivity to stimulants. Side effects include headaches, insomnia, anxiety, the jitters, increased heart rate, heart palpations, nausea, and abdominal pain. Some users have complained of the taste of the pills so take with plenty of water. Do not take if you are under 18.
The Stacker 3 XPLC can be purchased for $20. Until more clinically proven ingredients are included and higher dosages of those already contained in the Stacker 3 XPLC, we don’t recommend it. It is more likely to give side effects than positive results.
