    I used Apidexin for 60 days, and saw little or no results. I am guessing, that since I am disabled, and can do very little activity, or exercise, that more than likely, that is the issue. A girlfriend of mine also tried Apidexin, and had pretty good results. She lost 14 lbs in two months!!! So…my guess is, that it is a pretty good diet supplement. I have tried many diet/fat loss products, and would definitely try Apidexin again, combined with walking, or swimming.

    If you’re wondering if trimspa energy works, the answer will depend on whom you ask. Everyone responds different. I struggled for 20 years with my weight, I stumbled across trimspa energy and it was amazing! I ate for nutrition not for taste. I chose the food that I ate by considering what would be best for me, not because it smelled good. I am very disappointed that I am no longer able to get trimspa energy. I recently had to take a medication that made me gain weight and I am having difficulty losing it. It depresses me to think that I will spend the rest of my life fighting this weight gain.

      i think the best way to lose extra weight is to exercise and eat a healthly diet
