I have taken Apidexin. I was skeptical at first, so I took 3 capsules. You definitely need to build up a tolerance to do that. I had energy overkill. So the next day I dialed it down to 1 capsule. At first I started only taking one pill a day because I read that most people got a little jittery and light headed at first. That was me!! I have noticed that I drink a lot more liquids which is now mostly water. I do exercise just not the hour an half I used to. Sense taking the pills I exercise at least 15 minutes a day but that does not count chasing my kids. I have lost a total of 5 pounds sense I started using them. Also I have just recently started taking 2 pills a day. I love Apidexin and I feel that it is working for me. This pill does have a pretty hefty dose of caffeine. So don’t take your last serving past 2pm cause f your like me and sensitive to caffeine you will have trouble sleeping.
